Job description

EVE images is looking for a Branch Representative for our office in Budapest, offering a permanent, full time/part time contract. The position will be open from May with interviews starting as soon as possible for qualified candidates.

As a Branch Representative you are the soul and heart of the Budapest office, being the connecting force between Budapest and Berlin, representing local issues and making sure group decisions will be implemented according to local laws and regulations.

Your duties will embrace the following:

  • Collaborating and coordinating administrative tasks with Berlin representatives for our Budapest office (HR matters, local labour law questions, financial and tax issues and general administration, etc)

  • Taking full control of the people experience journey from onboaring, via annual feedback talks, daily people duties and offboarding topics

  • Support an international team, assisting with everything from arranging meetings, ordering office supplies, handling equipment requests, booking business trips and follow up

  • Looking proactively for opportunities to make our workplace more functional and safe

  • You will skilfully liaise with suppliers and other third parties by managing and reviewing contract agreements, and perform periodic market research to track down the very best suppliers, and are in close contact with maintenance to assure smooth daily operations

  • You will take good care of our office and make sure it looks and feels EVE-like and makes our employees and visitors feel welcome

  • Organizing company events for creating wonderful memories for all of our employees

  • Collect feedbacks and suggestion from our employees, lending an ear for their thoughts, ideas and worries and eventually finding solutions with all involved parties


What qualification and knowledge you should bring:

  • We need you to have a basic understanding of how to run a company: Basic understanding of bookkeeping and a support for our finance team in Germany. We work with an external accounting company, so we need you to be able to support them by having an overview of the incoming invoices, time-tracking of your fellow colleagues and helping prepare the payroll, perks and benefits, reimbursements and expenses as well as travel management.

  • You don't need to be an excel pro but we ask you to keep our tables up to date, revise them if necessary and work with them as needed.

  • You bring a natural sense for tidyness to keep things at our office in place (and are able to make the others do the same).

  • You communicate with both people in Budapest and Berlin and make sure information get where they are needed.

  • With your hands on attitude you easily see work that needs to be done and hence make the position your own.

  • You are part of the groups weekly management meeting and hence, the connecting person between the offices.
