EVE images is looking for an Office and Feel Good Manager, offering a permanent, full time/part time contract in it’s Budapest office. The position will be open from May with interviews starting as soon as possible for qualified candidates.
As an Office- and Feel Good Manager you create a fun, positive, and tidy working place while maintaining a high standard of organization in the office.
Your duties in the field of Office Management will embrace the following:
Looking proactively for opportunities to make our workplace more functional and safe (even while being remote)
Collaboration with representatives of different areas from our mother-company in Berlin managing and coordinating tasks in close collaboration with them for our Budapest office (HR administration, local labour law questions, book keeping, finances, monthly payroll, etc)
You will skilfully liaise with suppliers and other third parties by managing and reviewing contract agreements, and perform periodic market research to track down the very best suppliers, and are in close contact with maintenance to assure smooth daily operations.
Support an international team, assisting with everything from arranging meetings, ordering office supplies, handling equipment requests, booking business trips and performing other duties
You will be the keeper of office's stock and purchases
You will take good care of our office and make sure it looks and feels EVE-like and makes our visitors feel welcome

Junior to mid-level work experience
Interest in the creative field
Great sense for tidiness and ability to enforce it in a friendly way among employees
Know-how in Hungarian Labour law, payroll and experience in HR matters
Experience with finance (administrating invoices, basic book keeping, support of Berlin Finance officer)
Excellent communication skills
Written and verbal Hungarian and English skills on a fluent level is a must
Diplomatic and problem solving attitude
Very good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
