EVE images is growing further and is looking for a Project Manager, offering a permanent, full time contract in it’s Budapest office. The position will be open from February/March with interviews starting end of January for qualified candidates.

As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities:

• You are the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization
• You ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
• You are part of a team of 5 Project Managers (4 are located in Berlin) and will work closely with a Quality Manager to coordinate internal resources for a flawless execution of projects
• You work close with our team in Berlin and be part of regular team meetings
• You are in close contact with our international clients to organize all resources, setting up budgets and timings
• You know how to use your diplomatic skills in case problems need to be solved
• You coordinate your own teams and together as a team you schedule projects accordingly as well as stay in close contact during the process
• You support and constantly develop the self organization and independence of your team
• You measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• You manage the relationship with core or new client as well as stakeholders - consultation via phone, mail, online tools or on location meetings
• Achievement of monthly and yearly sales target together with our Sales team
• Report to your Head of Project Management as needed

Requirements:

• Junior to mid-level work experience
• Background in architecture, 3D visualization, image production or agency experience are an advantage but not a must (we come from different fields)
• Strong team-player
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Diplomatic and problem solving attitude
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Motivated to develop processes and organizational structures
• Economic thinking
• Written and verbal communication skills in English (German and/or Norwegian is a plus)
